Keep it simple, shut up
and drive. These are classic coupe and sedan bodies on a Womp
chassis. All parts are spec'd. The only
modifications allowed are the addition and placement of weight.
|
These cars are
mechanically the same as the Islip Classics. Just swap the
body and race. Good cheap fun. Build it straight,
build it strong, and don't worry about expensive parts wars. |
|
These are classic American compact cars like Novas and Mavericks on a
Womp chassis. While an Islip Classic would be legal in this
class with a body change, this division allows more options.
|
|
Hardcore modified
action, 80's style. Everyone runs one of four bodies and one
of three chassis. 7 motor options, open gear rules, and
multiple tire options.
|
These cars are
mechanically the same as the SSS Modifieds. 7 motor options,
open gear rules, and multiple tire options. Islip and
Freeport cars are legal with a body change. Full fendered top
division. |
Scale accurate street
stocks. Rip the body off of your Scalextric, carrera, etc.
1/32 car and make it cool. These are scale dimension cars
with 1949 - 1958 American sedan bodies. |

1/32 car and make it cool. These are scale dimension cars
with 1962 - 1985 American sedan bodies. |
This
series is geared towards scale enthusiasts. Stock car
replicas from Scalextric, SCX, Carrera, and Artin will compete on the
oval. Model years of cars that ran in ARCA and NASCAR from
1989 to present will compete. |
These
cars are based on the Sprints Plus chassis. There are a
variety of motor and tire options. The bodies can use the
molded in driver detail, or a 3D driver figure. Roll bars and
nerf bars are encouraged but not required. |
Simple
rail jobs thundering around the speedway. Use the Sprints
Plus kit or chassis and a body from Skinnys to recreate the modifieds
of yesteryear and race them at home, or here at Smith Scale Speedway. |
Let'em
rip and split before the cops show up. These 1/32 true scale
cars are from SCX, Scalextric, Carrera, SlotIt, and others.
1948 to present day, it's all good. Prove that your car was
legal to drive on the road, and you're in. |
